Quick leave

Support on your terms.

You don’t have to finish a questionnaire, explain a boundary, or talk together. If you’re worried about pressure, retaliation, or harm, an individual support service can help you consider your options.

This page doesn’t ask for safety answers or add anything to your shared report. Visiting it can still appear in browsing history. Quick leave opens a weather page; it doesn’t erase history or protect activity on a monitored device.

If you think someone monitors this device or account, consider using a device they cannot access to seek support. Read The Hotline’s technology safety guidance.

United States: National Domestic Violence Hotline

Call 800-799-7233, text START to 88788, or visit the site for chat. Calls, texts, and web visits may leave records on your device or account.

Elsewhere, look for an established local domestic abuse service. In immediate danger, contact your local emergency service if you can do so safely.

These are independent services with their own privacy practices. Third Door is not an emergency or crisis service.
